Begin your Edutour with a program briefing by Team Redwood, setting the stage for the learning objectives. Get introduced to the location through fun games and establish expectations for the days ahead.
Dive into the Tibetan exile narrative and the operations of its government as you explore one of the most significant libraries and institutions of Tibetan works in the world. Interact with expert administrators to understand their mission. End the day exploring vibrant local markets filled with unique handicrafts.
Visit institutions dedicated to educating and preserving the heritage of Tibetan refugees. Engage with local artists to immerse yourself in Tibetan culture, and participate in a hands-on Thangka art workshop. Conclude the day with a bonfire, reflecting on your experiences.
Set out on an early morning trek to Triund, where breathtaking views of the Dhauladhar ranges and Kangra valley await. After the trek, transition to Amritsar to prepare for the next phase of your journey.
