Program Details
Our Edutour begins in the capital city of this beautiful archipelago, with a briefing by Team Redwood. Immerse in a little bit of history with exhibits at the museum and the spectacular light and sound show at Cellular Jail.
Interact with environment conservation experts, and learn about marine and land ecosystems through presentations and short filmsLater, visit the biological park and participate in scavenger hunt activity based on the day's learnings!
Did you know the Andaman Islands have three ecosystems?Hike through rainforests, mangroves and inter-tidal ecosystems to gain unique perspectives. Shoot-shot video clips during the walks and present a short film based on your experiences this evening!
Visit nearby islands and explore Colonial British settlements, Japanese Bunkers, and rebuilt structures of the Indian Navy while hearing stories from locals.
